Shipping
Every order is packed and shipped by Brooke from Seattle. Right now we ship within the United States only.
Processing time. Prints ship within 3 to 5 business days. Originals ship within 5 to 7 business days so each piece can be wrapped and boxed properly.
Prints ship flat in a rigid mailer or rolled in a tube, depending on size, via USPS with tracking.
Originals ship boxed with corner protection via USPS or UPS, with tracking and insurance for the full value of the piece.
Tracking. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns and refunds
Originals are one of one and all sales are final, except for damage in transit.
Prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Email us with photos of the packaging and the artwork within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.
Change of mind. Because every print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If something is off with your order, reach out and we will do our best to help.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
